Tuition Credit/Fee Waiver Programs
Concord participates in the tuition credit/fee waiver programs offered by the Department of Social Work at The Ohio State University (OSU) and Columbus State Community College (CSCC). We make these tuition credits available to eligible Concord employees to cover instructional fees for undergraduate or graduate level courses for those interested in earning a degree in Social Work.

For clinical staff our required number of hours of direct client care is lower than other agencies with bonuses available if you do more. We want you to be able to connect with your clients on a deeper level and not rush them to a solution.
Student loans? Pursuing a Social Work Degree?
Do you have student loans? Are you aware of the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF)? PLSF forgives the remaining balance on Direct Loans for borrowers working full-time for qualifying non-profit organizations after 120 qualifying monthly payments. Concord is a qualifying organization and we can help you navigate the eligibility requirements.
If you are pursuing a degree in Social Work, we have tuition credits available at The Ohio State University and at Columbus State Community College for eligible Concord employees.
