• Psychiatry services that are scheduled will be conducted via telephone or videoconferencing. You will receive reminder calls for these appointments with instructions on what to expect during your appointment.
• Therapy/School-based Therapy services are also offering services through telephone or videoconferencing. They will be contacting you at your scheduled appointment. In some incidences, therapists may conduct an appointment in the agency. Safety protocols will be followed.
• Case Management/Wellness services will continue remotely and in-person. Your case manager will be contacting you to assure needs are met, and if needed, may assist you in accessing resources or meet you at your home. They will only be assisting with essential needs.
• Pathway staff will be available to members of the Clubhouse. They are offering Virtual groups, and currently have rotating members scheduled for in-person programming from 10:00am to 2:00pm Monday through Friday. If you are interested in being in the rotation, need someone to talk with, or if you need assistance with food or medicine, please call 614-251-7820.
• Permanent Supportive Housing sites are being monitored for needs. Engagement staff will be contacting you weekly to assure needs are met. They will be providing food through pantries, and will assist in accessing medications. Staff are currently scheduled to be on site regularly, and schedules are posted at the various housing locations.
• Prevention services are working both virtually and in the schools. Staff will be reaching out to you in-person, through telephone, or Google Hangout.
